Sushi Catering Orlando: Feed the Whole Crew, Ninja Style
· By the Sus Hi Team
Let me paint you a picture. It's 11:45am, the meeting's at noon, and somebody ordered the same dry sandwich platter for the fourth time this quarter. Nobody's excited. The turkey wraps are sweating.
We can fix that.
Why Sushi Beats a Sandwich Tray Every Single Time
We've been doing this since 2011 — Robert and Teresa opened the first Dojo across from UCF because build-your-own sushi just... didn't exist yet in fast-casual. Fourteen years later we've got seven Dojos across Orlando and Tampa, and honestly? Catering is where our menu shines hardest.
Here's the thing about sushi catering Orlando offices actually get hyped about: it's customizable. Everybody builds their own. The vegan on your team isn't stuck eating edamame in the corner (though our Edamame Dumplings do slap). The guy who only eats chicken gets his Mighty Chicken Burrito. The one person who's been waiting all year to order raw fish gets a Crazy Rich Salmon Bowl.
What We'd Actually Order for a Group
If I'm putting together a spread for 15-20 people, here's my move:
- Sushi Bowls — always the anchor. Create Your Own so folks pick their protein, or just load up on Party in My Mouth Bowls (underrated, I said what I said) and Boom Boom Shrimp Bowls.
- Burritos — easier to eat standing up at a party. The Fry Me a River is a crowd favorite and the Cheet Day Burrito gets people talking every time.
- Mac & Cheese Crunch Burritos — if you haven't tried the Steak Mac & Cheese Crunch Burrito yet, what are you even doing with your life? It converts non-sushi people instantly.
- Apps to share — Krab Rangoons, Buffalo Goons, Pork Dumplings, Crispy Tuna Tots. Get more than you think you need. Seriously.
- Beignets and Ube Cheesecake for dessert. That purple cheesecake photographs way too well.
Seven Dojos Means We're Probably Close to You
UCF, Altamonte Springs, Lake Nona, Millenia, Colonial (50D), Chickasaw, and our Tampa Dojo near USF. Office parks, dorm floors, birthday parties, team dinners, wedding welcome spreads — we've fed all of it.
And a few Dojos run until 2am, which has saved more than one late-night study session or post-game team meal. We see you, UCF kids.
Fundraising? We Do That Too.
Our Partial Proceeds Program is one of my favorite things we run. Schools, sports teams, nonprofits, churches — you pick your dates (up to 7 days), your people order digitally at any of our seven locations, and a portion comes back to your org. No flyers to print. No crumpled receipts in a shoebox. It's all tracked online.
How to Actually Book It
Easiest path: hop on order.incentivio.com/c/sushieatstation and place a large order, or call your closest Dojo directly so our Senseis can help you plan portions. For bigger events, give us a heads up — a day or two of notice and we'll make sure your spread is torched, sauced, and ready to go.
Oh, and download the rewards app (iOS and Android) before you order. Catering-size orders rack up points fast, and free food later is still free food.
Go be the person who ordered the good lunch. We'll handle the rest. 🥷
