That's where we come in. Our Tampa Dojo opened in June 2020 right by USF, and it's been feeding Temple Terrace folks ever since.

We're neither. You walk in, you build what you want, you watch us make it, you leave. Our Ninjas torch your proteins right in front of you. That's not a gimmick — flame-torched salmon just hits different than cold salmon, and once you've had it you'll get annoyed everywhere else.
Start With a Bowl. Seriously.
Bowls are our #1 seller and honestly it wasn't even the plan when we opened the first Dojo across from UCF back in 2011. People just kept ordering them. Now we've got Small, Regular and Large on the Create Your Own, plus signatures like the Party in My Mouth Bowl (underrated, I will die on this hill), the Boom Boom Shrimp Bowl, and the Lit Bowl if you want it raw and spicy.
Going plant-based? The Hi-Ya! Waska Bowl is fully vegan and not an afterthought.
The Mac & Cheese Burrito Situation
Okay. If you haven't had the Steak Mac & Cheese Crunch Burrito, I don't really know what to tell you. Mac and cheese. Inside a sushi burrito. With crunch.
It shouldn't work. It absolutely works. There's a chicken version too, and a spicy steak one, and if you'd rather eat it with a fork the Tempura Mac Bowl and Steak Mac Bowl exist.
Late Night Is the Real Flex
Select Dojos stay open until 2AM, which near a campus like USF is basically a public service. Post-study session, post-shift, post-whatever — you can get a real meal instead of a gas station sandwich.
