Can you believe it’s already June?! Which means we’re officially halfway through 2022!!
But more importantly it means the beginning of Pride Month!!!
Here at Sus Hi Eatstation we fully support and celebrate alongside our fellow LGBTQ+ community and we wanted to create something special for everyone to enjoy all month long. Sus Hi’s Marketing Director Tiffany Holdiem stated it best when she said, “As a company we love and celebrate all types of people. We believe the LGBTQ+ community should have equal rights just like anyone else. This month is to honor that community”.
So in honor of Pride Month Sus Hi has created limited edition Rainbow sushi cupcakes which will be available all month long at every dojo location! And a portion of the proceeds of every cupcake sold will be donated to the onePulse foundation. The onePulse foundation was created to support the victims’ families and the memorial location of the devastating Pulse Nightclub shooting (which will be coming up on its 6 year anniversary) and took the lives of 49 people.
So what exactly is a rainbow sushi cupcake?
This speciality “cupcake” was created by Sus Hi Eatstation’s very own COO Teresa Ly. She was inspired by rainbow colors and brought together ingredients with those colors and created something magical that tastes delicious!!
So what’s inside these sushi cupcakes?
What’s inside the roll: krab, cream cheese, and cucumber
What’s on top: (for red) spicy tuna and chili powder, (for orange) spicy krab, (for yellow) shrimp tempura, white sauce, and mango, (for green) garlic aioli shrimp and scallions
