You can make a mound of food or just some fish and a squirt of sauce. I personally made a wrap (burrito basically) with 2 chicken and steak with bacon, scallions, edamame, and sweet teriyaki. Man that was pretty good. Hmm...a chicken and bacon sushi roll? IDK. But you can try it here. It’s practically any toppings imaginable for the sushi. We have been waiting MONTHS for the Altamonte location to open. We drive past the space every day. Well tonight we so happened to drive past and there was a small group inside (VIP event for family & friends) and we stopped to see if we had maybe gotten the soft opening date wrong.

After being told they still weren't open to the public we expected to be turned away but instead we were welcomed to dine! So, not only is the restaurant ready but we were treated with the most perfect customer service I've ever received and they definitely didn't need to invite us in.

Having never been to the other location we weren't sure what to expect. Two sushi masters helped us build delicious meals. My partner had a bowl with volcano protein, cream cheese, tempura flakes, white sauce, and eel sauce. I had a wrap with tofu, avocado, cream cheese, mango, sesame seeds, and ginger sesame sauce. They were perfect.

We now have loyalty cards. We are full. We feel healthy. I have a feeling that we will be trading in our groceries for healthy bowls every day! Don't miss the soft opening tomorrow! Ninjas for life! #masteryourstyle read less

They have lots of vegan options (like vegan white sauce and vegan spicy mayo!) and everything is marked really clearly on their website with regards to allergies. My sister really liked the fried burrito but I prefer the amount of food you get in the bowls -- plenty for leftovers! I also like that you can sub avocado as one of your proteins so you don't have to pay extra for it. The edamame dumplings were good, but it would be cool if they made their fried cauliflower and rice fries vegan as well 😛 I also have to add that the staff at this location are really great, they didn't miss a thing in our super-complicated order and were really helpful and well-informed about allergy concerns 🙂 read less

Great tasting fresh fish and toppings and all made to order. Make your own sushi bowl is the best idea and Sus Hi East Station is the best place to eat for this concept.
