There were also puddles of water in the main walking area (Archer rd location) which was odd and seemed hazardous and confusing (is there a leak? Did they mop and leave tons of water around?). First, as you walk into the "dojo" (their term for their locations) you are greeted as a ninja. You wait your turn in line and, if you are electing to go with a poke bowl, you pick your base, your protein, and the variety of toppings and sauces.

I first stumbled upon this amazing Hawaiian culinary treat in, of all places, in Birmingham Alabama and upon returning home, discovered this great place for poke bowls.

In addition to poke bowls, they offer other options. Honestly, my go to here are their poke bowls and I have yet to try anything else. I will say that I would like to try a sushi burrito, but every time I say that I am going to, the old poke bowl whispers my name.

I recommend a visit here. Healthy dining that is delicious. What more can someone want. read less

They offer appetizers, sushi rolls, sushi burritos(which can be fries in tempura flakes, or sushi bowls! I always opt for the sushi bowls. They have the option of white or brown rice, then choose your proteins (meats or seafood), and then your toppings! There are endless choices of toppings and you can run your imagination wild here. They have carrots, cucumbers, edamame beans, bacon, cheese (they can melt this and get ready for them to yell FIREEE!!), scallions, sweet potato flakes, seaweed salad, THE LIST GOES ON! And then you can finish it off with your sauce I get spicy mayo, but they also have many other choices! read less

I literally watched my sushi sit for 20 mins before it was topped and rolled. When it was completed it sat for another 10 mins.
