It was amazing that it was almost over night that it changed. i am late on giving this review an update from my initial 1 star to now a 5 star by about a week. I do this because of how well and quickly they address the concerns and i already loved the food. The quality and quantity increased to what it was before and the money = Value 100% now. They changed and so they deserve a change in review. Please read my initial concerns below and note from my experience (been 3 times since the review to make sure it wasn't a 1 time thing) that it has changed for the better and i highly recommend coming to eat here!

Old concerns and review of 1 star:
I dislike giving a place i have loved so much over the years a bad review with the food quality being 5 stars for sure but too many issues have compiled to the point i won't be returning.

About half a year ago price was raised $1 across the board and i was ok with this because proportionally the amounnt of food in the scoops grew as well. I use to get a bunch of food and it was great value. Then the varience set it.

I can go to sus hi 3 different times and each time get different portion sizes. This time was my final time. This is because i can barely spread my 3 protiens (always double spicy tuna single spicy salmon) to 1/3rd of my bowl. I got so little cheese, it looks like someone sprinkled orangle glitter on my food. The portion of rice is so low i can see the bottom of my bowl through the rice it was spread so thin.

The value sus hi once had is gone. I hate to say that i will not be returning and will be going to Chipotle or other food resturaunts that gice adiquate and reliable portions of food for cheaper price. It has been a great run but until i hear otherwise, will no longer be returning. read less

This... read moreI've been to the one near the millenia mall and now this one and both places are equally fantastic! This Sus Hi is visible from the main road and located right next to pig Floyds. Upon entering the staff is very friendly and ready to start making your order. They have a variety of items to choose from such as burritos, rice bowls and sushi rolls, all of which are customizable. Each bowl comes with three proteins that you can mix and match, I chose a rice bowl with salmon, tuna and krab and everything was ridiculously fresh and great in portioning! Once you get your three proteins, you can then load the bowl up with as many mix-ins you want! I got sweet potatoes flakes, edamame and cucumber! The food is ridiculously filling and I still have left overs for a second round! I also opted to try the fried rice sticks which is white rice that has some seaweed and tempura flakes and then fried. Alone they are okay but mixed with any of their sauces and they are delicious! I can't wait to go back again when I am back up here! read less

It's kind of hidden because it's between a bank and another restaurant that has put door seating. Walking up to it I was like this place is going to be little inside sure enough when I walked in I was so amazed.

Not because of how it looked inside but how I walked in and was immediately acknowledged. I love the fact that I was asked if it was my first time. And was recommended some options. Vanessa and some other young lady with black hair did a fantastic job with their customer service kudos to them. ( Would be back for that, no really) with chain restaurants they usually suck with customer service not these guys. They definitely have it.

I ended up getting a roll. So delicious. I loved the fact that the concept of the menu is simple you build your own the way you want with no limitations. I got shrimp tempura and was Asked if I would like the tail on it or not which was something I never been asked before. So again, back to being amazed lol.

I also added in some krab ragoons and ramune. So good definitely worth the money. Your tummy is full and you'll leave with a smile.

Price was cheap and I highly recommend Sus Hi Eatstation. Super delicious. Thank you guys for a great lunch and great chill environment. read less
