I have a food allergy and I was surprised and impressed with the level of care they took to ensure my food was not contaminated. When I told them I had an allergy the gentleman making my food immediately took off his gloves and washed his hands while the other gentleman got a cutting board from the kitchen to put my bowl on so that the actual bowl would not get any food on the outside. I was so pleasantly surprised when he offered to switch out gloves to make my meal, and as my bowl got passed down the line, each ninja was equally respectful.
