The setup is much like a subway or chipotle situation where you choose the proteins, veggies, spices and sauces. They offer appetizers, sushi rolls, sushi burritos(which can be fries in tempura flakes, or sushi bowls! I always opt for the sushi bowls. They have the option of white or brown rice, then choose your proteins (meats or seafood), and then your toppings! There are endless choices of toppings and you can run your imagination wild here. They have carrots, cucumbers, edamame beans, bacon, cheese (they can melt this and get ready for them to yell FIREEE!!), scallions, sweet potato flakes, seaweed salad, THE LIST GOES ON!
