This was my first time and my mind was completely blown. Never before have I experienced a quick service sushi joint. Between the friendly service and the wide range of proteins, fillings, toppings and sauces this place is spot on. If you aren't familiar with how this restaurant works. You go through the line and create your own bowl, burrito or sushi roll. The wide range of options also suits anyone who happens to be Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, GF, and even Paleo. I tried two different rolls and was pleased with the flavor and size of both rolls.
There's also a small selection of bottled crafts beers. Prices are reasonable and you will definitely get your moneys worth. The staff was not only accomadating but wildly upbeat. If you find yourself in the area deffinialty give them a try. You won't be disappointed. I'm already looking forward to our next visit. read less

I literally watched my sushi sit for 20 mins before it was topped and rolled. When it was completed it sat for another 10 mins. We were just here on Wednesday, service was much better and the staff was friendly and fast. The staff that are here tonight are unorganized and super slow. read less

The price is good but the quality is even better 😊. I was pretty sceptical at first since there's not that many sushi roll options...but was not disappointed at all. They did an amazing job! They even have a "create your own"! I'm amazed!!!! Must try! Excited to try their poke bowls next visit!!!! read less

The lady was super sweet and knowledgeable about everything on the line and explained how the menu worked. I would definitely recommend. Today I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one... read moreToday I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one passing I was super late as my mind completely was elsewhere the store was literally closing in 5 mins when I remembered. I called an they kindly expressed empathy and sympathy of my circumstances. I arrived grabbed my food and left I simply got home and just placed the food down I opened the bag to place it in the fridge since I was no longer hunger with such grief, only to find that every single ninja kindly wrote me a healing message of love just sympathizing with me for my loss. Theses are people I don't know that could have just seen me as another order but they stopped and cared and make and effort to make sure I was ok. I can never replay the kindness that was displayed to me this evening but I promise I'll never forget it. My food looks great and I'm sure it tastes as such once I gain my hunger back! Thank you so very much ninjas for taking time out of your busy day to reach out a token of kindness to a stranger in such a uncertain time! You guys at Chickasaw will forever have a place in my heart. read less

I was impressed with the atmosphere of this fast-casual restaurant as well as the friendly service. Sus Hi is definitely a new addition to my frequent lunch/dining spots of Orlando 🙂 read less
