Today I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one... read moreToday I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one passing I was super late as my mind completely was elsewhere the store was literally closing in 5 mins when I remembered. I called an they kindly expressed empathy and sympathy of my circumstances. I arrived grabbed my food and left I simply got home and just placed the food down I opened the bag to place it in the fridge since I was no longer hunger with such grief, only to find that every single ninja kindly wrote me a healing message of love just sympathizing with me for my loss. Theses are people I don't know that could have just seen me as another order but they stopped and cared and make and effort to make sure I was ok. I can never replay the kindness that was displayed to me this evening but I promise I'll never forget it. My food looks great and I'm sure it tastes as such once I gain my hunger back! Thank you so very much ninjas for taking time out of your busy day to reach out a token of kindness to a stranger in such a uncertain time! You guys at Chickasaw will forever have a place in my heart. read less

You have the option to customize your own sushi roll, rice bowl or sushi burrito (!!!) and all the ingredients are super fresh. I got the mini brown rice bowl with spicy tuna and tofu. WOW! Portions are decent for the price. They have take out options as well as dine in. It's a marriage of sushi joints and Chipotle style dining. It would be my go-to if I was not so far away! Upon walking in you are greeted by a staff of Ninjas. They are so nice and helpful.

You can either order by mobile or use their kiosk for digital ordering. I used their kiosk. Through the kiosk, I was able to order up my food the way I wanted it. I was also able to pay for it there.

While ordering you can choose several choices of sushi from rolls to a bowl. Depending on what you order will determine the number of proteins you can choose. After assembly your base and protein you pick your toppings. There are some items that are premium and cost extra. Was an order is placed you simply wait.

you can get your order as dine-in or to go. I got mine to go.

Things I liked due to the virus still swirling about. Masks are required. Kiosk ordering which is sanitized. Sanitizer by ordering kiosk. Tables sanitized between customers. Contactless payment. Contactless pick up. Staff wearing masks and gloves.

Overall a wonderful place to eat and I felt safe while I was there knowing safety protocols were in place. Plus the food was amazing and filling. I could have shared my food with someone and had plenty to eat. read less

The lady was super sweet and knowledgeable about everything on the line and explained how the menu worked. I would definitely recommend. I have been getting sushi rolls here since the beginning and I refuse to get sushi anywhere else! Your food is amazing, your sauces are spectacular, and your service has always been top notch. I love this place so much I got all my South Florida friends addicted to it too. They go at least twice every time they visit Orlando.
