Plenty of great reviews here, so I'll just say make my recommendation. A regular size bowl with spicy tuna, spicy krab, and tuna. Throw on some cheese and bacon (yes, I know, but it's delicious), edamame, mango, pickled ginger, and anything else that looks good. DON'T FORGET THE SWEET POTATO FLAKES. Top it with their signature trifecta of sauces and some nori seasoning, and you are gonna love it. read less

After your first visit, you'll want the large bowl because you want those proteins. My personal favorites are always spicy salmon and spicy tuna. Get all those toppings. I love this place so much I got all my South Florida friends addicted to it too. They go at least twice every time they visit Orlando. I've been coming here for months and the meat is fresh (I usually only try the spicy tuna, spicy salmon and the ahi tuna) and the toppings are fresh as well. The sauces are very yummy, my favorites being triple x and the white sauce. And they recently started selling stubborn soda which I love! I also tried the spicy fried cauliflower today and it was delicious. I highly recommend sus hi Eatstation!! They give you plenty of meat, I usually get a large bowl (used to come with 6 meats & now it comes with 5) for $12.95. The one thing I don't like about this place is that they are very slow, I think it's because they always have new people working. Today when I was there, the customer service wasn't great & they were extremely slow but you can order ahead/online and I don't usually eat there anyways. The food makes up for it though and I still love this place read less

Ok, I've seen folks on Yelp before who only give 5 stars to fancy places, but I'm not one of them. Is Sus Hi at the same level as Kadence for me? Obviously not. But Sus Hi Eatstation knows what you're expecting from them and they deliver on that expectation with tons of flavor and the ability to customize everything. And that's 5 stars from me!

I appreciate that they clearly demarcate the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options as they recognize that the world is not one-diet-fits-all. You can create an unimaginable amount of variations with protein, base, toppings, sauces, and extras. This means, you can be as healthy, or sinful as you like! I'm down for that!

Beyond having really tasty components, my favorite thing is the staff vibe. Their employees (ninjas) are so friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there. This makes a huge difference - the staff has bought into the concept and they obviously hire truly service-oriented folks.

There are lots of build-your-own-bowl places all around town, but I appreciate this brand and as an added plus- it's locally owned! read less

The fried sushi burrito is a game changer. I stuffed my burrito with spicy tuna, tempura shrimp, spicy krab, lettuce, ginger, purple cabbage, masago, and their wonderful wasaboli. This combination is unbelievably good!!! Shout out to my man Moonrock Ninja you are the true MVP. read less
