Whether you're just starting out or ready to lead, there's a spot for you in the clan.

• Ninja — Service Line (entry level). Be the face of Sus Hi. Serve customers, prepare fresh sushi, and bring the energy. No experience required. Customer service, food preparation, opening and closing, and cashiering.
• Ninja — Kitchen Prep (entry level). Master the art of sushi prep behind the scenes. Kitchen experience and knife skills required.
• Late Night Ninja (flexible). Own the late-night shift. Serve hungry crowds until 2 AM at select Dojos. No experience required.
• Sensei — Manager. Lead a team of ninjas. 6+ months of management experience, store operations, and culture.
• Dojo Master — General Manager. Run the entire Dojo. Proven GM or multi-unit experience, full P&L ownership, and team development.
