Sushi Fundraiser for Orlando Schools? Yeah, We Do That

Let's be real for a second. Nobody wants to buy another tub of frozen cookie dough from your kid's baseball team. Nobody wants the wrapping paper. Nobody wants the $12 candle that smells like a rental car.

But sushi? Mac & cheese burritos? A Boom Boom Shrimp Bowl at 9pm on a Tuesday? People will absolutely show up for that.

Here's How Our Partial Proceeds Program Actually Works

We run something called the Partial Proceeds Program, and honestly it's the easiest fundraiser we've ever seen a school pull off. You pick your dates — up to 7 days per event — and your people order from any of our 7 Dojos. A slice of those sales goes right back to your group.

The best part? It's 100% digitally tracked. No paper flyers. No "did you remember to hand the cashier the receipt?" No parent frantically texting the group chat at 6:45pm. We track it on our end. You just get the number.

Who We Work With

  • Schools (PTAs, band, robotics, you name it)
  • Sports teams — travel ball, cheer, swim, all of it
  • Nonprofits and community orgs
  • Churches and youth groups
  • Clubs at UCF and USF

We've done a bunch of these and the pattern's always the same — the groups that pick a weeknight and hype it hard on their group chat crush it.

Why a Sushi Fundraiser in Orlando Schools Actually Converts

Think about the parent math. It's a Thursday, practice ran late, nobody wants to cook. Now imagine you already told them dinner tonight supports the team. That's not a donation ask — that's just dinner they were going to buy anyway.

And our menu covers everybody. Kid who eats nothing? Fun Box or the Kids Mac and Cheese Bowl. Teenager who lives on TikTok food trends? Steak Mac & Cheese Crunch Burrito. Vegan aunt? Hi-Ya! Waska Bowl or the Livin' on the Veg roll. Raw fish purist? Crazy Rich Salmon Bowl, no notes.

Honestly, that's why a sushi fundraiser beats the usual Orlando schools options — there's no "I'll just skip this one" person in the family.

Pick Your Dojo (or All of Them)

UCF, Altamonte Springs, Lake Nona, Millenia, Colonial, Chickasaw, and our Tampa/USF Dojo near USF. Your supporters can hit whichever one's closest. Some of our Dojos are open until 2am, which — if you've ever run a fundraiser during a late tournament weekend — is a bigger deal than it sounds.

A Few Things We've Learned

  • Weeknights beat weekends. Tuesday through Thursday, families are tired and hungry. That's your window.
  • Post a photo, not a flyer. One good pic of a Lava Burst Roll does more than a paragraph of text.
  • Tell people to order online. Faster for them, cleaner tracking for us.
  • Get everyone on the rewards app. They support the team and earn points. Free real estate.

Alright, Let's Set It Up

Reach out to us about the Partial Proceeds Program and tell us your group, your dates, and which Dojo you want to run it out of. We'll handle the rest — we've been doing this since 2011 and we genuinely like being part of the neighborhood.

And hey, before you pitch it to your PTA — go try the food first. Order at order.incentivio.com/c/sushieatstation, grab the Party in My Mouth Bowl (underrated, fight me), and download the rewards app while you're at it. You'll sell it way better once you've tasted it. 🥷
