Off the recommendation of a trusted foodie friend, I decided to give Sus Hi a try. I was little confused by the menu at first, but after expressing what I was looking for Dodger was happy to walk me through several healthy, protein packed, options that I could choose from. I decided on the "Workout Ninja" with egg rolls bcs they're my favorite. Dodger thoroughly explained that the Workout Ninja brown rice, grilled chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, cucumber, avocado, scallions, almonds, spicy mayo, white sauce, and sesame seeds. My chicken was cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The avocado was fresh and soft just like I like it. I also enjoyed the spicy mayo and white sauce that really tied it all together. All in all I really enjoyed my experience at Sus Hi and am grateful for Dodger and the rest of the staffs knowledge about the food options. The egg rolls were very good as well. read less

The vibe here is so chill and relaxed. The ninja aesthetic is fun too! I liked having the self-order kiosks because it was easy to see the whole menu and customize however you want.

However, it was the staff that had me completely in LOVE with this place!!! Ichigo was her “ninja name” and she was the absolute SWEETEST human. She was so kind and sweet and made our visit here the absolute best!!
I understand how difficult it is to be working food service in this times, but she had the best attitude and personality! She seems like she really enjoys her job and I hope she is recognized for her value here! read less

Recently I felt ripped off at another location after they sent me home with the wrong thing and the bowl didn't have enough rice. I read some of the bad reviews and our experience was not like that. We went in, no line. Go to the kiosk, super easy to navigate and order. Once the food came out we just KNEW! Let’s just say that once you have it YOU WILL be back for more! Love the different fountain drink options! It was soooooooo good!! I totally recommend! But be aware, it is NOT a fancy restaurant. About 6-7 areas for sitting.
