First and foremost we want to send our love and gratitude to you all our Ninjas who continue to support our Dojos during this pandemic. We hope you’re all staying safe and practicing social distancing during this difficult time.We are all in this together and we wanted to show you how we’re social distancing while still continuing to support our community.

It’s first important to state that the dining rooms at all Dojo locations are closed temporarily so Ninjas cannot dine in. This helps keep our staff and our customers safe. Here are some regulations we have set in place to make ordering Sus-Hi from home effortless and contact-free.

 

  1. Contactless Ordering
    • We’re temporarily not offering our line service – where you walk down the line to order.
    • Instead, customers can either: (1) place their order on the Sus Hi app, or (2) place their order on the kiosk in-store.
    • Choose to get it delivered or for pick-up!
  1. Contactless Pick-Up
    • When your order is ready to be picked up, no need to speak directly to an employee. Just walk right in and you’ll find the order in the designated pick-up station. You’ll be able to find your name and receipt on the bag. Grab and go. It’s that simple.
  2. Employee Screening
    • Daily temperature logs: we are taking the temperature of each employee at the beginning of the shift and after they finish and logging these results everyday.
    • Daily questionnaire: this questionnaire is performed at the beginning of the shift for all employees. We ask important questions that can help us ensure the safety of the staff and our customers.
  3. Frequent Cleaning
    • We are frequently, I mean frequently, cleaning everything. Ninjas are consistently washing their hands and cleaning all surfaces in the restaurant at all times. Your safety and health is our number one priority.

 

 

Along with our contactless ordering we wanted to offer some deals and specials to help our community.

1. $5 Mini Nori Burritos

    • We’re offering $5 mini nori burritos for a limited time!
    • They’re basically sushi rolls that are not cut into slices. It’s left whole and you can eat it like a burrito pretty much.
    • Choose from a variety of presets.
    • You can order the family meal for pick-up or delivery through the Sus Hi app or through UberEats.
    • This deal ends 4/30/2020.

2. Family Meals

    • We’re offering 3 types of family meal packages.
      • #1: Get 6 rolls + 4 sides of miso soup
      • #2: Get 4 bowls + 4 sides of miso soup
      • #3: Get 4 burritos + 4 sides of miso soup
    • Each package feeds a family of 4 people.
    • Each package costs $35. (That’s less than $10 per family member!)
    • You can order the family meal for pick-up or delivery through the Sus Hi app or through UberEats.
    • Choose from a variety of presets.

3. Roll for Roll

      • For every sushi roll purchased, get 1 roll of toilet paper for free
      • You can order the family meal for pick-up or delivery through the Sus Hi app or through UberEats.
      • Supplies are limited. While supplies last.

4. Healthcare Discount

    • We want to extend our love and appreciation to our healthcare professionals for all the hard work they are doing during this difficult time.
    • Use code: HEALTH to get 10% off on any delivery or pick-up order.
    • Discount only available through the Sus Hi app.

  1. Sus Hi Grocery Market (coming soon)!
    • This would be available for pick-up and delivery through the Sus Hi app and UberEats too.
    • No launch date yet but we’ll keep you updated as details emerge!
