Sus Hi Eatstation, operated by Sus Hi Eatstation Franchise LLC.

The Sus Hi Summer Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sus Hi Eatstation, Chanly Management LLC, Sus Hi Eatstation Franchise LLC, their affiliated franchisees, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The Sweepstakes runs in weekly entry periods, with each weekly period running Monday at 12:00 AM ET through Sunday at 11:59 PM ET.

To enter, eligible participants must complete BOTH of the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

(a) Follow the official @sushieatstation account on Instagram and/or TikTok. (b) Tag one (1) friend in the comments of any post published by @sushieatstation during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each unique tag of a different friend on a different post counts as a separate entry. Tagging the same friend on multiple posts counts as one entry. Tagging fictional accounts, brands, or non-personal accounts will not count as a valid entry.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): To enter without using social media, mail a postcard with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth to: Sus Hi Summer Giveaway, [insert mailing address], Orlando, FL [insert ZIP]. Limit one (1) alternate-method entry per envelope and one (1) per person per week. Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than 11:59 PM ET on the Sunday of the weekly period in which the entrant wishes to be included.

Weekly Prize (Weeks 1 through 13): Two (2) winners selected each week, one (1) from Instagram entries and one (1) from TikTok entries. Each weekly winner receives a $25 Sus Hi Eatstation gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25 per gift card.

Grand Prize (final week, August 24 through August 31, 2026): Two (2) Grand Prize winners selected during the final week, one (1) from Instagram entries and one (1) from TikTok entries. Each Grand Prize winner receives "Free Sus Hi for a Year," consisting of one (1) free regular-sized rice bowl per week for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks, redeemable in-store at any participating Sus Hi Eatstation location. Maximum value per redemption is fifteen dollars ($15). Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or loyalty rewards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $780.

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $2,210.

All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received per platform during each weekly entry period.

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on the Monday following each weekly entry period.

Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform on which they entered (Instagram or TikTok) and will be announced publicly on the @sushieatstation story. Winners must respond to the notification and provide the information required to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

Weekly $25 gift cards will be delivered electronically or in-store within fourteen (14) days of the winner claiming the prize. Grand Prize redemptions begin upon claim verification and continue for fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks. Unredeemed weekly Grand Prize bowls do not roll over and expire at the end of each week.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, illegible, mechanically reproduced, or submitted through any means other than those specified are void.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive manner, or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate by the Sponsor.

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Information submitted by entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at sushieatstation.com/privacy. The Sponsor will not sell or rent entrant information to third parties.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, or ByteDance Ltd. Entrants are providing information to Sus Hi Eatstation and not to Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or ByteDance. By entering, participants completely release Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and ByteDance from any and all liability associated with the Sweepstakes.
