Back then it was a pretty cool concept and we enjoyed going. It's probably been three years since we have gone back... mostly because we live in Winter Springs now and well... kids. I just don't get to go out as often as I would like.
However, the other day we were out and about and driving around and we remembered this little gem in the plaza. Bonus: it was next to an ice cream place and that's what we had promised our son for 4th of July 🙂 Not much has changed since we came here years ago. Maybe the lack of ninja uniforms from the staff? haha
But the menu is still awesome and the flavors are still amazing. They have even added a few toppings I don't remember seeing before (I am talking to you, sweet potato sticks... mmmm) The ingredients are super fresh and the sauces are my favorite part! I like to mix white sauce with teriyaki! yummy!
My bowl of choice: White rice, shrimp, almonds, edamame, cheddar cheese, sweet potato sticks, carrots and sauce. I think that's everything? Maybe some avocado as well. It's perfect! We were there right at close for a holiday and everyone was super kind and we didn't feel rushed to leave. They even chatted with my kids and gave them high fives as we left. The group that works there seems tight knit and that's nice to see in a company. Keep it up! read less

I had a poke bowl of brown rice and lettuce, fried tofu, and spicy krab, also some fried cauliflower. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend for some awesome poke bowls and sushi. read less

Price: 4/5 Price of food is very reasonable as it is fresh and good quality! They also have promos often and they have a rewards program, too.

Food: 4/5 Food was delicious and portion size was more than reasonable. I ordered a large three protein bowl with tempura shrimp and they forgot to add it in my to-go bowl and my boyfriend and I were already home before I realized... so that's my only gripe about it 🙁

Overall, I really enjoyed this place as nice meal! It is a place that I would be happy to go here again, but I just need to make sure they don't forget my tempura shrimp next time lol read less

Today I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one... read moreToday I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one passing I was super late as my mind completely was elsewhere the store was literally closing in 5 mins when I remembered. I called an they kindly expressed empathy and sympathy of my circumstances. I arrived grabbed my food and left I simply got home and just placed the food down I opened the bag to place it in the fridge since I was no longer hunger with such grief, only to find that every single ninja kindly wrote me a healing message of love just sympathizing with me for my loss. Theses are people I don't know that could have just seen me as another order but they stopped and cared and make and effort to make sure I was ok. I can never replay the kindness that was displayed to me this evening but I promise I'll never forget it. My food looks great and I'm sure it tastes as such once I gain my hunger back! Thank you so very much ninjas for taking time out of your busy day to reach out a token of kindness to a stranger in such a uncertain time! Off the recommendation of a trusted foodie friend, I decided to give Sus Hi a try. I was little confused by the menu at first, but after expressing what I was looking for Dodger was happy to walk me through several healthy, protein packed, options that I could choose from. I decided on the "Workout Ninja" with egg rolls bcs they're my favorite. Dodger thoroughly explained that the Workout Ninja brown rice, grilled chicken, carrots, sweet potatoes, cucumber, avocado, scallions, almonds, spicy mayo, white sauce, and sesame seeds. My chicken was cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The avocado was fresh and soft just like I like it. I also enjoyed the spicy mayo and white sauce that really tied it all together. All in all I really enjoyed my experience at Sus Hi and am grateful for Dodger and the rest of the staffs knowledge about the food options. The egg rolls were very good as well. read less
