I have a food allergy and I was surprised and impressed with the level of care they took to ensure my food was not contaminated. When I told them I had an allergy the gentleman making my food immediately took off his gloves and washed his hands while the other gentleman got a cutting board from the kitchen to put my bowl on so that the actual bowl would not get any food on the outside. I appreciated this level of care and caution when preparing my food. Oh yeah, and the food was AWESOME! 🙂 read less

Today was the day that I finally made my way to Sus Hi Eatstation and O-M-G! This place is incredible!

It has a great urban vibe to the restaurant and the music they play fits the atmosphere just perfectly.

Immediately when you walk in you will feel so welcomed to be there. The staff was amazing and explained the ordering process which I thought was genius! It's not a typical sit down restaurant, therefore it was nice how attentive the staff was on answering any questions I had.

Choices... choices and more choices! The menu definitely allows you to create that dream sushi roll you have always dreamt about but can't seem to find anywhere into reality, and not just one way, but in several ways!

Oh, and did I mention prices?!!! For the quality of food, service and hands-down one of the best and most creative sushi spot in O-Town, the prices were impressive!

It's a great place for families, friends, solo and just anyone looking to get some incredible sushi!

Today I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one... read moreToday I placed an order and I had completely forgotten about it due to unfortunate new of a loved one passing I was super late as my mind completely was elsewhere the store was literally closing in 5 mins when I remembered. I called an they kindly expressed empathy and sympathy of my circumstances. I arrived grabbed my food and left I simply got home and just placed the food down I opened the bag to place it in the fridge since I was no longer hunger with such grief, only to find that every single ninja kindly wrote me a healing message of love just sympathizing with me for my loss. Theses are people I don't know that could have just seen me as another order but they stopped and cared and make and effort to make sure I was ok. I can never replay the kindness that was displayed to me this evening but I promise I'll never forget it. My food looks great and I'm sure it tastes as such once I gain my hunger back! Thank you so very much ninjas for taking time out of your busy day to reach out a token of kindness to a stranger in such a uncertain time! You guys at Chickasaw will forever have a place in my heart. read less

I ordered Uber Eats and when the food arrived I was overtaken by the aroma. I had a regular bowl w/ extra rice. I added many different things and I wish I could remember them all. And I was blown away. I'm now addicted. The food was outstanding and I called the manager the next morning to let her know. This is hands down my new favorite. I don't have pics because when I started I couldn't put my fork down. I HIGHLY recommend them. read less

I love the atmosphere service and most of all the food. I truly enjoy ordering the bowl. The setup is much like a subway or chipotle situation where you choose the proteins, veggies, spices and sauces. Everything is always super fresh and the service is always consistently great! read less
